incumbents of the precinct offices within the boundaries of the said County of Greenlee shall hold their respective offices until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified, the same as if they had been elected in the said County of Greenlee. No further bond shall be required to be given by the said officers or any of them. All Notaries Public holding commissions in and for the County of Graham and residing within the boundaries of the County of Greenlee at the time this act shall take effect, shall be and are hereby authorized to act during their unexpired terms as Notaries Public in and for the County of Greenlee, the same as though they had been originally appointed in and for the County of Greenlee.

Section 4. The County officers of the said County of Greenlee, as hereinbefore constituted, shall upon the first Monday in September, 1910, meet and thereafter do and perform all acts and things required by law and in and about the registration of voters, and the calling and holding of a general election for the year 1910 in the County of Greenlee.

Section 5. At said election the voters of said Greenlee County may designate upon their ballots the place of the County seat of said County, and all such voters shall be received, returned and counted as other votes are counted, and the place receiving the highest number of votes shall immediately become the County-seat of said Greenlee County.

Section 6. The said County of Greenlee shall be attached to and become a part of the Fifth Judicial District of the Territory of Arizona, and two terms of the district court in and for said county of Greenlee shall be held at the county seat annually, at such times as may be fixed and designated by the Supreme Court of the Territory of Arizona.
