(a) in the exercise of any previously acquired right sub. s sting on the appointed day, or (h) in accordance with an agreement entered uto with the Board of Trustees or with regulations made under section 110 for any of the following purposes (1) the administrative purposes of the Government of Rhodesia; (ii) religious or cducational purposes in the interests of 1: ibesmen; (iii) hospitals, clinics, or other establishments for the benefit of tribesmen, (iv) cemeteries or burial grounds; (v) the exercise of rights granted in respect of forest produce or other natural resources of the Tribal Trust Land (v.) the cxercise of rights granted by the Officer Administering the Government under the mining laws of Rhodesia for the time being in force: (v1.) hotels or other similar establishments for the con venience of travellers, (VLL1) any other purpose which the Board of Trustees considers to be in the interests of tribesmen, or in the public interest 106.
