General Saving 113. (i) Nothin' in this Chapter shall derogate from the general powers of the Legislature to make laws for the peace, order and good government of Rhodesia either generally or in relation to land, including Tribal Trust Land. (2) Nothing contained in any law passed in pursuance of the provisions of section 111 and nothing done in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter or any such law shall be held to be inconsistent with the provisions of sections 76 and 77 1 CHAPTER X AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION General power to amend the Con- stitution 114. Subject to compliance with the other provisions of this Constitution, a law of the Legislature may amend, add to or repeal any of the provisions of this Constitution Provided that no Act of the Legislature shall be deemed to amend, add to or repeal any provision of this Constitution- (a) unless it does so in express terms, or (b) to the extent to which it makes provision for any matter mentioned in section 143 Con- stitutional Bills to require two-thirds majority. 115.
