(1) There shall he a Public Seal of Rhodesia showing Public Seal. the coat of arms of Rhodesia with the inscription "Rhodesia". (2) The Public Seal shall be kept by the Officer Administer- ing the Government and used for sealing all things whatsoever that shall pass the Public Seal. (3) Until a Public Seal of Rhodesia is provided, the Public Seal of the Colony of Southern Rhodesia may be used as the Public Seal of Rhodesia. 120. (1) All taxes, imposts, rates, duties and all other reve. The Con. nues of the Government of Rhodesia from whatever source arising Revenue (not being moneys which are required by law to be paid into a Fund. separate fund) and the proceeds of all loans raised by the Govern- ment shall form one Consolidated Revenue Fund. (2) The costs and charges and cxpenses incidental to the collection and management of the Fund shall form the first charge

thereon.
