Oct. 23, 1789, and succeeded his father, Sept. 27, 1825: m. 1st, March 5, 1818, Georgiana Elizabeth, daughter of Sir Thomas Moiicreift'e, 5th Bart, (she d. 1842), and by her had issue, three sons and five daughters; 2ndly, Oct. 30, 1849, Helen, daughter of ^Eneas Mackay, Esq, and d. March 22, lu65, without issue from his last marriage. Her ladyship d. 1869. Brancepeth, Baron, title of Viscount Boyne on Roll of H. I. Brand (Brand-Trevor), family name of Baron Dacre. Brandon, Duke of, title of the Duke of Hamilton on Roll of H. L. BRAYBROOKE, BARON. (NEVILLE.) CHARLES CORNWALLIS NEVILLE, 5th Baron. Born Aug. 29th, 1823 ; succeeded his brother in 1 861 ; educated at Eton, and at Magdalene College, Cambridge, (B.A. and M.A. 1845), and as owner of Audley End, is Visitor of that College; appointed Capt. of the 17th Essex Rifle Volunteers, 1860. Is a Dep. Lieut, and a Magistrate for Essex, and has been Vice- Lieut, of that county since 1861 : married (1849) the Hon. Florence Priscilla Alicia Maude, Incline to nothing base. 3rd daughter of the 3rd Viscount Ha- warden, and has issue, living, Daughter, Augusta, b. I860. Brother living The Rev Latimer, heir presumptive ; b. 1S27; educated at Eton, and at Magdalene College, Cambridge, (3rd in 2nd class Classical Tripos, M.A. 1849, and a Fellow); was appointed Master of his College in 1854, and Chaplain to the Right Rev. Thomas Legh Claughtori, D.D. Lord Bishop of Rochester, 1868 ; has been Rector of Heydon and Little Chishall, Essex, since 1851 : m. 1853, Lucy Frances, eldest daughter of John Le Marchant Esq. and has, with other issue, Henry, b. 1855. Jan. 27, 1852, Lady Charlotte Sarah Toler, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Norbury ; and d. Feb. 22, 1861, having had issue, two daughters. Her ladyship in. 2ndly 1862, Frederick Hetley, Esq. and d. 1867.
