Florence Priscilla Alicia Maude, Incline to nothing base. 3rd daughter of the 3rd Viscount Ha- warden, and has issue, living, Daughter, Augusta, b. I860. Lord Bishop of Rochester, 1868 ; has been Rector of Heydon and Little Chishall, Essex, since 1851 : m. 1853, Lucy Frances, eldest daughter of John Le Marchant Esq. and has, with other issue, Henry, b. 1855. Jan. 27, 1852, Lady Charlotte Sarah Toler, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Norbury ; and d. Feb. 22, 1861, having had issue, two daughters. Her ladyship in. 2ndly 1862, Frederick Hetley, Esq. and d. 1867.
