Born May 28th, 1806 ; succeeded his brother in 1863; educated at Harrow, and at the Royal Military College, Sandhurst; entered the Rifle Brigade, 1824, became Lieut. 1826, Capt. 1829, a Lieut. -Col. in the Army (un- attached) 1844, and Col. 1854: married (1838) Caroline Esther, eldest daughter of William Rhodes, Esq. (this lady died, I hope in God. 1846), and has issue, living,^ Son.?, James St. Vincent, b. 1843 ; educated at Eton, and at Trinity College, Cambridge, (B.A. 1863) ; entered the Grenadier Guards as Ensign and Lieut. 1863, was appointed Lieut, and Capt. 1866, and retired 1867; appointed Attache to the Embassy at Paris 1868, and a second Secretary in the Diplomatic Service 1874. John St. Vincent, b. 1845. Daughters, Caroline Amelia, b. 1839, m. 1861, the 4th Baron Boston. Augusta Caroline, b. 1841, m. 1859, the 5th Baron Boston. His lordship married 2ndly (1850), Margaret Antoinette, 4th daughter of the late William Richard Hopkyns Northey, Esq. of Oving-house, Bucks, and has issue, living, Sons, Arthur, b. 1852. Oct. 9, 1789 ; and succeeded his father, Oct. p, 1836; was Rector of Huggate, Yorkshire: m. Oct. 5, 1814, Mary, daughter of Vice- Admiral Lechmere, (she d. 1849) ; and d. Born Oct. 28th, 1811; suc- ceeded his father in 1827 ; was educated at Eton, and at Christ Church, Oxford; assumed the surname and arms of Warren only, in lieu of those of Leicester, in 1832; was a Lord in Waiting to the Queen, 18538 and 185966, Lieut.-Col. Commandant of the Earl of Chester's Yeo- manry Cavalry, 1847 69 ; and Treasurer of Her Majesty's Household 1868 72; is a Dep. Lieut, and a Magistrate for Cheshire, and Grand Master of the I will hold.
