Poyntz, Esq. of Cowdray-house, (she d. 1851), having issue a son and two daughters ; his lordship m. 2ndly, Aug. 9, 1854, Adelaide Horatia Elizabeth, daughter of the late Sir Horace Beauchamp Seymour; and d. Dec. 27, 1857, having issue from last marriage, a son and a daughter.
