Lieut, and a Magistrate of Lincolnshire, and High Sheriff for Great Grimsby ; Lieut.-Col. of the Lincolnshire Rifles (1st Battalion) I860, and Capt. 1st Lincolnshire Light Horse Volunteer Corps 18fi7: m. 1858, Lady Victoria Alexandrina Hare, 4th daughter of the 2nd Earl of Listowel, K.P., and d. March, 1875, having had issue four sons and a daughter.
