Educated at Eton and at Christ Church, Oxford. Is heir to the Baronies of Cantalupe, Lovell of Kary, St. Maur, and Grey of Codnor : married (1875) the Hon. Annie Mary Eleanor Eraser, 2nd daughter of the 17th Baron Saltoun. Sister living, Darea (heiress presumjitive], b. Patron of two livings, Parham, R. Sussex, Wiggenholt, V. Sussex. Creation, Baron Zouche, of Haryngworth, in the peerage of Great Britain, by writ, 1272. firms, Quarterly : 1 st and 4th, argent, on a bend sable, three popinjays or, collared g;ule, Cur z on ; 2nd and 3rd, gules, bezantee or, a canton ermine, Zouche. Crests, 1st, a popinjay, wings displayed or, collared gules, Curzon; 2nd, A falcon, wings displayed argent, standing on the stock of an old tree, from which is sprouting a green leaf or twig proper, rising ^r, collared beaked and legged gules, Zouche. Supporters, On either side a falcon reguardant, billed and belled. Residences, Parham-park, Pulborough, Sussex ; Ravenhill, Rugeley, Staffordshire. Town Residence, 24, Arlington- street, W. ZOUCHE, Baron, .His lordship's predecessor was his father, Robert, 14th in succession to the Barony, son of the late Baroness De la Zouche by the Hon. Robert Curzon who d. 1863. He was b. March 16, 1810, and succeeded his mother, May 1370. Educated at the Charterhouse, and at Christ Church, Oxford. Sat for two years as M.P. for Clitheroe. Appointed Attache at Constantinople and Private Secretary to Viscount Stratford de Red cliffe 1841. Was Joint Commissioner with Sir William Williams at the Conference of Erzeroum. Had the Persian Order of the Lion and Sun, and the Turkish Order of Nishan. Was a Dep. Lieut, and a Magistrate for Sussex and Stafford - shire : m. 1850, Emily Julia who d. 1866 daughter of the late Right Hon. Sir Robert Wilnict Hortpn, Bart., and d. Aug. 2, 1873, leaving issue one son and one daughter.
