The President delivered an address entitled " Folklore and Psychology," (pp. 12-33), for which a vote of thanks, moved by Mr. Clodd and seconded by Mr. Wrjght, was carried by acclamation.

The Meeting terminated with a hearty vote of thanks to the outgoing members of Council, Sir Everard im Thurn and Mr. C. J. Pendlebury.
