In order that the people of the two Necks of Barrington might be satisfied as to the division of the offices of the town, the following plan was drawn up by a committee and adopted. This agreement, as will be seen, grew out of a discontent on the part of some citizens of New Meadow Neck, who preferred to remain in Warren, or to be set off to that town. Barrington, April ye A.
