The introduction, besides giving a general view of the principles of the subject of the volumes, contains a contrast of the bankrupt laws of England and Scotland. . Inquiries into the contract of sale of goods and merchandise, as recognized in the judicial decisions and mercantile practice of modern nations. 8vo. Edinburgh. 1844.
