BOS BOSANQUET, J. B. and C. PULLER. Reports of Cases in the Courts of Common Pleas and Exchequer Chamber, and in the House of Lords, from 36 Geo. IIL 1796, to T. T. 47 Geo. IIL 1807. 3d ed. with additional notes and references. 5 vols. 8vo. London. 1826. These reporters first prepared three volumes of reports, which were published in folio, from 1800 to 1804. The first part of the first volume was taken from the notes of Abraham Moore. In 1804 they commenced reporting the decisions of the Court of Common Pleas, and styled them Neio Reports, to distinguish them from their preceding volumes. The last English edition of Bosanquet and Puller, comprises their entire reports. They were re-published in Philadelphia, in 5 vols., Svo., 1805—9; and in 5 vols,, 8vo., Hartford, 1811, with notes, by T. Day. The cases are reported with diligence and accuracy, and are among the most valuable of English Reports. 33 Monthly Review, 97; (39) 215. BOSANQUET, S. R.
