		(ii) Delete the marginal note “Cap. 22.” in item 3.
		(iii) Delete the words “and the Private Lotteries Act” in item 4.
		(iv) Delete the marginal note “Cap. 250.” in item 4.
		(v) Insert, immediately after item 6, the following item: ”7. The Commissioner of Betting Duties under the Private Lotteries Act 2011 and the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Act (Cap. 22).”.
