And that all and every the Perfon and Perfons ailing, advifing, affifiing, abetting and counfelling the fame, they, their Heirs, Executors and Adminiftrators, (except as before is excepted) be and are hereby pardoned, releafed, acquitted, indemnified and difcharged from the fame ; (2) And of and from all Pains of Death, and other Pains, Judgments, Indiflments, Convidions, Attainders, Outlaw- ries, Penalties, Efcheats and Forfeitures, therefore had or given, or that might accrue for the fame : {3) And that all fuch Judgments, Indictments, Conviflions, Attainders, Oudawries, Penalties, Ef- cheats and Forfeitures, and every of them, and all Grants thereupon made, and all Ertates derived un- der the fame, be and are hereby declared and enacted to be from henceforth null and void ; (4) And that all mean Profits not yet received by fuch Grantees, fhall be and are hereby difcharged : (5) And that all and every Perfon and Perfons, Bodies Politick and Corporate, their and every of their Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators and Succeffors, fhall be and are hereby reftored to all and every their Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, Goods, Chattels and other Things forfeited, which to his Majefly do or Ihall ap- pertain by Reafon of any Offence herein beforementioned, and not hereafter in this preient Ad excepted and foreprized. III. And be it further enafted. That all Appeals, and all perfonal Aftions, Suits, Moleftations and Profecutions whatfoever, for or by Reafon of any Aft of Hoft.lity, Trefpafs, Affault, Imprifonment or Breach of the Peace, advifed, counfelled, commanded, appointed, happened, acfled or done by Reafon- of the late Troubles, or the late Wars, in his Majefty's Dominions, or relating thereunto, and all Judg- ments and Executions thereupon had before the hrft Day of May in the Year of our Lord one thoufand fix hundred fifty and eight, ftand and be from henceforth difcharged j (2) but not to reftore to any Perfon or Perfons any Sums of Money, mean Profits or Goods, already received or taken upon fuch Execution, or to give any Account for the fame. IV. And be it likewife enaded. That all Appeals, and all Perfonal Adlions and Caufes of fuch Actions, Suits, Moleftations and Profecutions whatfoever, for or by Reafon of any Ad or Thing advifed, coun- felled, commanded, adted or done, by Virtue or Colour of any Authority or Commiflion granted by his late Majefty, or his Majefty that now is, or by Virtue or Colour of any Order or Ordinance of one or both Houfes of Parliament fitting at Wejlminjier ; or by any A6t or Order made by any Perfons aflfuming:. the Name of a Parliament, and fitting as a Parliament at Weflminjier, after the Death of the late King Charles the Firft ; or by the Authority of the faid Keepers of the Liberties of England; or by any Ordi- nance of either of the late Protedors and Council; or by or upon any Commiflion, Writ, Procefs or Warrant, by them or any of them, or by Authority derived from them or any of them : (2) And all De- mands of Arrearages of Rents, and mean Profits of Lands, T-enemenls or Hereditaments heretofore in- curred, or grown due, which have been paid, received or difpofed by Virtue or Colour of any the Autho- rities or pretended Authorities aforefaid, other than fuch Arrearages or mean Profits as are or (hall be d- therwife difpofed by any Ad or Ads of this prefent Selfion of Parliament, be from henceforth- dif- charged.. V. And it is fiirther by the Authority aforefaid enaded in the fecond Place, That all and every the'^ji Appeal,^ Subjeds of thefe his Majefty's Realms of England and Ireland, the Dominion of Wales, the Ifles oiJ,erfey PerfonatAftion*-- smd Guernfey, and the Town of Berwick upon Tweed, and other his Majefty's Dominions, the Heirs, ^nd Suits, par«  Executors and Adminiftrators of them, and every of them, and all and Angular Bodies in any Manner ""^^ ' of wife corporated. Cities, Boroughs, Shires, Ridings, Hundreds, Lathes, Rapes, Wapentakes, Towns, Villages, Hamlets and Tithings, and every of them, and the SuccefTor and Succeffors of every of them, fliall be and are by the Authority of this prefent Parliament acquitted, pardoned,, releafed^ indemnified and difcharged againft the King's Majefty, his Heirs and Succellors, and every of them, of and froin all Manner of Treafons, Mifprifions of Treafon, Felonies, Offences, Contempts,- Trefpafles, Entries, Wrongs, Deceits, Mifdemeanors, Forfeitures, Penalties and Sums of Money, Intrufiohs, mean Profits,. Wardmips, Marriages, Reliefs, Liveries, Oujierle mains, mean Rates, Refpites of Homage, Fines and- Seizures for Alienation without Licence, Arrearages of Rents (other than the Arrearages of Rents due from the late Farmers, or pretended Farmers, of the Excife or Cuftoms refpedively, and other than fuch; Arrearages of Rents or mean Profits, as are or fhall be otherwife difpofed by any Act or Ads of this pre- fent Parliament) and of and from all Arrearages of Tenths and Firft-fruits, Fines, Poft-iines, Iflues andn Amerciaments, and all Recognizances, Bonds or other Securities given for Payment of them, or any ofT them. Concealment of Cuftoms and Excife, Arrearages of Purveyance, and of Compofitions for the fame; (2) and of and from all Pains of Death, Pains Corporal and pecuniary, and generally of and; from all other Things, Caufes, Quarrels, Suits, Judgments and Execiations in this prefent Ad hereafter not excepted nor foreprized which may be or can be by his Majefty in any wifeor by any Means par- doned, before and unto the twenty-fourth Day of June in the Year of our Lord one thoufand fix hun- dred and fixty, to every or any of his faid Subjeds, Bodies Corporate, Cities, Boroughs, Shires„Ridings, , Hundreds, Lathes, Rapes, Wapentakes, Towns, Villages and Tithings, or an^ of them..
