C. 6. 115 Lives, or of any Reverfionary Annuities upon the faid Afts, or any of them, do or ought to have, receive, or enjoy the refpeilive Annuities fo by them purchafed : And that all and every the Directions, Powers, Powers, &c. in and Claufes in the faid former A6ls contained, for and concerning the levying of Tallies, the making the sforefaid Aft forth of Orders, or for making of Transferrences or Affignments, or for the apportioning or applying ^ ' the Monies arifuig by the faid tunds or Revenues, or any of them, or for appointing, fettling, or efta- blifhing any other Matter or Thing, for or in relation to the refpedlive Annuities thereby purchafed or obtained (other than the making Proof of Nominees being alive) fhall be and are by Force and Virtue of this Adl revived, and fhall be duly obferved, pra£l:ifed, and put in Execution, for and in refpecft of fuch Annuities as {hall be purchafed and obtained upon this Aft, as fully and eftedlually as if the fame Powers, Direftions, and Claufes were here again expreffed, and particularly repeated.   • and with fuch Marflial of the ^een's Bunch, or to and with the Warden of the faid Pril'on of the F/eet,
  • or fome of their Officers or Servants, or other Perfons in Trufl: for them, and for their refpeftive Ufes
