II. And for the further Encouragement of the faid Coal Trade, and for preventing of Frauds and Abufes larfs to the therein; Be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That every Fitter or other Perfon, vending or Soip Mafter, delivering Coals, or fome or one of them, fhall give a full, true, and ample Certificate or Certificates to each and every Ship Mafter every Voyage, figned by his or their Hand Writing, containitig the Day of the Month, and Year of fuch Loading, the Mafters and Ships Names, and the exad Quantity, and the ufual Names of the feveral and' refpedive Collieries out of which the faid Coals are and fhall be wrought arid gotten, and the Price paid by the Mafter or Mafters for each and every Sort of Coals that each and every.
