C. 7, 107 having fortunate Lots) their Executory Administrators and Affigns, refpcctively Should have, receive and enjoy, out of the (aid refpective Funds, fuch principal Monies, in Courfe or Courfcs, and fuch ln- tereft, as in and by the f..id Lottery-a£te refpcclively were prescribed for them Severally to have, receive and enjoy; and by the fame Acts it was Severally dircclcd, That the faid Tickets fhould be exchanged for Standing Orders, and that fuch Orders fhould be regiftered, and be affignablc ; and that during ihc fevcral Terms therein mentioned, (unlefs the Principal and lntereft directed to be paid by the faid fcveral Acts, fhould be foon r paid off) the faid Duties fliould be feverally applied for anfwering the faid Princi- pal and lntereft, and other Purpofes therein mentioned : And in the fevcral Acts for the faid Lotteries are contained fevcral Provifoes or Claufes, importing, that if before the End of the refpective Terms of thirty- two Years therein mentioned, all the Principal and lntereft Monies payable by virtue of the fame Acts rcfpectivclv, fhould be fully paid and difcharged, or fufticient Money fhould be referved in the Exche- quer for Payment thereof, that then and in fuch Cafe, and from thenceforth the Duties by the fame Acts refpc6tively granted or charged therewith, fliould ceafe, or be difpofeable by Authority of Parliament, and not otherwife, as by the faid fcveral Acts, Relation being thereunto fcverally had, doth and may irore fully and at large appear. And whereas the faid feveral Sums of one Million five hundred thoufand Pounds, two Millions, one Million eight hundred thoufand Pounds, and one Million eight hundred thoufand Pounds, were advanced for the publick Service, upon the feveral Acts before-mentioned, and chc Tickets thereby directed were made forth and drawn, and Books were tranfmitted, or are to be trans- mitted into the Exchequer by the faid Managers or Directors, or by fome other Perfons appointed there- unto, in purfuance of Acts of Parliament in that Behalf; and the laid feveral Sums of one Million nine hundred twenty-eight thoufand five hundred and feventy Pounds, two Millions fix hundred and two thoufand two hundred Pounds, two Millions three hundred forty-one thoufand feven hundred and forty Pounds, and two Millions three hundred forty-one thoufand nine hundred and ninety Pounds, became 4 payable as principal Monies, with lntereft, after the faid Rate of fix Pounds per Centum per Annum, to the c fevcral Contributors or Adventurers, or to Claimants from or under them, according to their feveral ' Shares therein, and Standing Orders have been or are to be made forth for the fame.
