XIX. And be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That in all and every Cafe and Cafes, where in or where Notice by any Act or Acts of Parliament now in Force, any Notice- or Notices for Redemption of the faid Debts fhou,d be s ive " and Incumbrances, or any of them, might or fhould be given or left in Behalf of the publick, by Autho- b y AuIno ' lt y.° f ' irity of Parliament or by the Speaker of the Houfe of Commons, purfuant to any Vote or Refolution of &,, compa'nya** that Houfe, fuch and the like Notice or Notices fhall and may be given or left by the faid Governor and to give fuch Company of Merchants of Great Britain trading to the South-Seas and other Parts of America, and for en- Notice, couraging the Fifhery, or by fuch Perfon or Perfons as they or their Court of Directors fhall appoint to give or leave fuch Notice or Notices, for Redemption of the fame Debts and Incumbrances, or fo many or fuch Part or Parts of them refpeitively as are redeemable at a Time, as the fame Governor and Company, cr their Court of Directors, in regard to the Abilities and other Circumftances of the fame Company, fhall think fit; and that from and after the Expiration of the Time and Times to be mentioned in fuch Notice and Notices for paying off and redeeming the fame Debts and Incumbrances, or any Parts of them, ev'ery or any of them, fuch Debts and Incumbrances, or fuch Part and Parts thereof, as fhall be mentioned in fuch Notice or Notices to be redeemed, fhall, upon Payment of the refpecTiv"e Sum or Sums of Money On Payment or payable to the Proprietors for fuch Redemption, or Tender thereof at the publick Office of the fame Go- Tender the faid vernor and Company, be and be adjudged to be redeemed ; and the Intereft and Annuity payable in refpecl ,:,cl)K '° be re ~ thereof to the refpective Proprietors of fuch Debts and Incumbrances, or their refpective Parts or Prop or- cectc "' ' tions thereof, fo far as the Sum or Sums fo to be paid off cr redeemed fhall extend, fhall thenceforth ceafe and determine to be payable to them ; and in lieu thereof, an Annuity after fuch and the like Rate as the Intereft-money and Annuity as is now payable for or in refpec-t of fuch Debts or Incumbrance?, fhall be from thenceforth paid and payable to the faid Governor and Company of Merchants of Grictt Bri- tain trading to the South-Seas and other Parts of America, and for encouraging the Fifhery, and their Suc- ceffors, or to their Cafhier for the Time being for their Ufe, until and for the faid Feaft-day -of the Nati- vity of St. John B 'apt ijl which fhall be in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred twenty-fe- ven, and from -thenceforth after the Rate of four Pound6 per Centum per Jnnum, until Redemption by Vol. V.
