An Aft for vefting Part of the Eftate of Ralph Wid- drington Efq; in Truftees, to be fold for Payment of the Debts of the faid Ralph Widdrington. ■36. An Aft to enable certain Truftees therein named to make a Conveyance of Lands in Thring/lon, in the Coun- ty of Leicejler, in Purfuance of Articles of Agreement entred into for that Purpofe. 37. An Aft to enable James Wilkinfon, and Truftees, to make Leafes for one, two or three Lives, or for Years de- terminable on one, two or three Lives, or a certain Num- ber of Years, of the Lands, Tenements, and Heredita- ments in Ireland, comprized in his Marriage Settlement. 40. An Act for enabling Henry Saint John, late Vifcount Bo- lingbroke, and the Heirs Male of his Body, notwithftand- ing his Attainder, to take and enjoy feveral Manors, Lands and Hereditaments in the Counties of Wilts, Sur- rey and Middle/ex, according to fuch Eftates andlnterefts as to him or them are limited thereof by the Quinquepartite Indenture, and other Affurance therein mentioned ; and for limiting the fame in Default of Iffue Male of the Bo- dy of the laid late Vifcount Bolingbroke, to the other Sons of Henry Vifcount Saint John, fucceffively in Tail Male ; and for other Purpofes therein exprefled. 41. Land Tax to be raifed in Great Britain, for the Service of the Year 1726. 2. An Aft for granting to his Majefty the Sum of one Mil- lion, to be raifed by way of a Lottery. 3. An Aft for the punifhing Mutiny and Defertion; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters. 4. An Aft for continuing the Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain railed England; and for granting to his Majefty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the Service of the Year 1726, and for the more effeftual preventing Frauds and Abufes in the Shipping of Malt for Exportation to Foreign Parts ; and for afcertaining the Price of Ale to be fold in Scotland; and for making good the Deficiency on the Lot- tery-Tickets of the Year 1724, and for making forth Du- plicates of Exchequer-Bills, Lottery-Tickets and Orders, loft, burnt, or otherwife deftroyed. 5. An Act for repairing the Road from Market Harborough to Loughborough, in the County of Leicefter. 6. An Aft for repairing the Roads leading from Birmingham through Warwick to Warmington, and from Birmingham through Stratford upon Avon, to Edghill in the County of JVarivick. 7. An Aft for enlarging the Term granted by an Aft palled in the fixth Year of the Reign of her late Majefty Queen Anne, intituled, An A cl for the better Amendment of that Way which leads from Cherril through Calne to Studley Bridge in the County of Wilts, and for making the faid Aft more effeftual ; and for extending the Road fo to be amended, from Cherril to the Three Miles Borough at the Top of Cherril Hill. 8. An Aft for repairing the Highways from Speenhamland, adjoining to Neivbury in the County of Berks, to Marlbo- rough in the County of Wilts. 9. An Aft for repairing the Roads therein mentioned, be- tween Crackley-Bank in the Parifh of Idfal, alias Shiffhall, and the Town of Shrew/bury, in the County of Salop. 10. An Aft for repairing the Roads from Lemsford Mill in the County of Hertford, to Welwyn, and from thence to Corys Mill ; and from Welwyn through Codicot, to Hitchin in the faid County: And for enlarging the Term granted by an Aft paffed in the fixth Year of the Reign of his prefent
