  • Brandy, to the great Prejudice of the Revenue and the fair Trader ;' For Remedy whereof, be it

enacted by the Authority atorefaid, That from and after the faid twenty-fourth Day of June one thou- fand feven hundred and thirty-three, the faid Duty of thirty Pounds per Tun on French Brandy of fingle Proof, and fixty Pounds per Tun on French Brandy of double Proof, (hall ceafe, determine and be no longer paid or payable. III.
