Annuities to be XXXV. And it is hereby provided and enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every Perfon .trans - e ' and Perfons who fhall become interefted in, or intitled to any Annuity or Annuities, Part of the faid Sum of two millions five hundred thoufand Pounds, to be fubferibed for in purfuance of this Act, fhall upon compleating the Payments of the whole Purchafe Money, payable in refpedt thereof, have fuch refpedtive Sums, as they fhall become interefted in, or intitled unto, forthwith placed to the Credit of the faid Contributors, and made transferrable in the Books of the Bank of England, by this Adt appointed to be kept for that Purpofe. w^onFaiitreof XXX V .
