From March Bridge Weftvvard, on the South Side of the VJwcv Nem to the Hythe ; and from thence by the Edge of the HarcUands of Sinnps C'jinmon, to the Hardlanch on Burrowtnore Common ; and from thence by the Edge of the Hardlands to Ran- fininoor Bank; and along the North Side of that Bank, excluding the fame, to Mafter Collier s Bank, ex- cluding the And laft mentioned Bank; and along the Eaft Side of that Bank to the River Nene; and along the South Side of the faid River to the Hythe aforefaid, and fo to March Bridge; and all the Lands and Grounds lying within the faid Boundaries, containing in the whole feven hundred Acres, or thereabouts. Fourth Diflxict. fhall be deemed the third DiftriiSt: That the Lands and Grounds which are bounded and dcfcribed as fol- lows ; that is to fay, From March Bridge, by the Noith Side of the River Nene VVeftward, to Lands bet- longing to Eleafior and Sarah Hake ; and from thence, excluding thofe Lands, to Shaw's Dike ; and along Shaw's Dike to Bevill's Leain ; and along the faid Learn to Hob's Drain ; and along that Drain to a certain publick Highway called The New Road; and along that Road, excluding the fame, to Norwood Common ; and by the Edge of the Hardlands of the faid Common, to a Lane called Brook's Lane, excluding the faid Lane, and fo to March Bridge; and all the Lands and Grounds lying within the faid Boundaries, con- taining in the whole fix thoufand Acres, or thereabouts, ihall be deemed the fourth Diftriit : That thT: Lands and Grounds which are bounded and defcribed as follows; that is to fay, From March Bridge on the North Side of the River Nene, to the Edge of the Highlands lying againft Pouts-hirn; and along that Edge, to a certain Farm called Ejlepher Farm, belonging to the Mafter, Fellows and Scholars of Saint Johns College in Cambridge, and now in the Tenure of Tho^mas Hunt^ including t!ie Low Lands in the faid Farm ; and fo by the Edge of a Piece of Land called The New Piece, to the Hardlands, of a Place cal- led Hundred-acres Him; and along that Hirn, to the Old Chain; and from thence Eaftward, along Afocr'^ Drain, as far as the River A^^'w; and from thence South Weft, along the North Bank of the River Nene, including the faid Bank, to March Bridge, and all the Lands and Grounds lying within the faid Bounda- containing in the whole eight hundred Acres, or thereabouts, {hall be deemed the fifth Diftri<9: : And Fifth Diftrict. Commifiioners fir the fecond Diftrjct. that the Lands and Grounds which are bounded and defcribed as follows ; that is to fay, From that Part of the faid new Road v/hich lies on the South Side of Moor's Drain, along by the faid Drain to a Place called The Old Chain; and from thence to Norwood Common Green, and fo by the Edge of the Hardlands of the faid Common, to the new Road aforefaid; and by the Eaft Side of fuch Road, to Hob's or Moor's Drain; and all the Lands and Grounds lying within the faid Boundaries, containing in the whole feveli hundred Acres, or thereabouts, fhall be deemed the fixth DiftritSl. IL And be it further enabled by the Authority aforefaid, 7'hat the Lord or Lords, or Lady or Ladies for the Time being, of the Manor oi Dodington, with the Members, or, in his, her or their Abfence, an Agent appointed by fuch Lord or Lords, Lady or Ladies, under his, her or their Hand or Hands, thfe Reftor oi' Dodington for the Time being, the Town Bailiff" of March for the Time being, the Burfer of Saint John's College in Cambridge for the Time being, and the Tenant or Occupier of Ejlepher Farm for the Time being, together with fuch Owners of Lands refpedively as are herein after- mentioned ; that is to fay. Each and every real Owner for the Time being refpe£tively, of forty Acres or more of feveral Lands, fubjecft to be taxed by Virtue of this A&., lying within the firft, third, fifth and fixth Diftridts, or within all, any or either of fuch Diftri6ls; and alfo each and every real Owner for the Time being re- ijpeftively, of two or more Lots or Doles, to which two or more Rights of Common do belong, on the Commons and commonable Parts within all, any or either of the faid firft, third, fifth and fixth Diftriils; afnd alfo each and every real Owner for the Time being refpeitively, of two or more Lots or Doles lying ■within the faid Hamlet of IVimklingtcn, during fuch Time as fuch refpedive Ownerfhips (liall continue, Ihall be and arc hereby appointed joint Commiffioners, at all Times hereafter, for putting in Execution this A&:, for and in Relpe£l to the faid firft, third, fifth and fixth Diftriits. IIL Provided always. That this Aft fhall not extend to impower any Perfon who fhall be intitled to aft as a Commiftioner by Virtue of all or any of the Qualifications aforefaid, to give any more than one Vote in relation to any Queftion which may arife touching the Execution of this Aft. IV. And be it further cnafted by the Autliority aforefaid, That all fuch Perfons as are for the Time "being refpeftively, the real Owners of twenty Acres or more, of feveral Lands, fubjeft to be taxed by- Virtue of this Aft, and lying within the faid fecond Diftrift, during the Time fuch refpeftive Owner- fhips ftiall continue, together with fuch Perfons as ftiall be nominated in Manner herein after mentioned, fhall be and are hereby appointed Commiflioners, at all Times hereafter, for putting in Execution this Adt, for and in rcfpeiSl; to the faid fecond Diftrift; and that every Perfon refpeftively, who ftiall be the real Owner of fifty Acres or more, of Lands fubjeft to be taxed by Virtue of this Aft, over and abc^e fuch twenty Acres as aforefaid, and lying within the faid fecond Diftrift, may, and every fuch Perfon is hereby authorized to nominate and appoint, by Writing under his Hand, one Commiflioner for every fifty Acres of the faid Lands which fuch Perfon fhall be fo pofl'cii'ed of or intitled to, over and above fuch tv;enty Acres as aforefaid ; and every Perfon fo appointed, during the Time fuch Appointment (hall con- tinue, or the Perfon making the fame, fhall be poft'circd of the Lands, in refpeft whereof fuch Appoint- ment v/:is made, ftall and may aft as a Commiilioncr for the faid fecond Diftrift, as fully and efleftually to
