Pounds, nor lefs than twenty Shillings, as the Magiftrate or Magiftrates, Juftice or Juftices before whom any fuch Offender or Oft'endcrs fhall be convicSled, fhall think fit and order. Any Miller, Mealman, XXXII. Provided always, and be it further enadled by the Authority aforefaid, That no Perfoa Sl^ata Magi.W or'" ^^^^ ^^'^ follow, or be concerned in the Bufinefs of a Miller, Mealman, or Baker, fliall be capa- jurtiTe in the Execution ^le of acling, or fliall be allowed to aft as a Magiftrate or Juftice of the Peace, under this Act, or of this Aft, forfeits in putting in Execution any of the Powers in or by this Adt granted ; and if any Miller, Meal- 50I. to the Informer, man, or Baker, fhall prefume fo to do, he or they fo oftcnding in the Premilles, fhall for every fuch Oftence, forfeit and pay the Sum of fifty Pounds to any Perfon or Perfons who will inform or fue Method of Recovery, for the fame j to be recovered in any of his Majefty's Courts of Record at H^e/imlujier^ by Adl:ion of Debt, Bill, Plaint or Information ; wherein no Effoin, Wager of Law, or more than one Im- parlance fhall be allowed; or by way of fummary Complaint before the Court of Sefiion in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland.
