That the faid Governor and Company of the Bank oi England, and their Succcflbrs, fhall from time time, until the faid Annuities, after the Rate of three Pounds per Centum per Annum^ fhall be re- deemed as aforefaid, appoint and employ one or more fuincient Perfon or Perfons within their Office in the City oi London, to be their Chief or Firll Cafliier or Cafhiers, and one other fufficient Perfbu Tr^afiiry to ifTue Money within the fame Office, to be their Accomptant General ; and that fo much of the Monies from for that Purpofe to the ^imc to time arinng into the faid Receipt of Exchequer, from the faid Subfidies, Rates and Duties Wd Caftier, ^y fj^j^j ^(C^ granted and appropriated, as {liall be fufficient from time to time for Payment of the faid Anjiuities, after the Rate of three Pounds per Centum per Annum, (hall by Order of the Com- miffioners of the Treafury, or any three or more of them, or the Lord High Treafurer for the Time being, without any further or other Warrant, to be fued for, had and obtained in that Be- half, from time to'time, at the rcfpedive Half-yearly Days of Payment in this A61: appointed for Payment thereof, be iffued and paid at the faid Receipt of Exchequer, to the faid Fir{l: or Chief Cafhicr or Ca{liiers of the faid Governor and Company of the Bank of England, and their Succef- fors, for the Time being, by way of Impre{l, and upon Account, for the Payment of the faid An- nuities after the Rate of three Pounds per Centu7n per Annum, at fuch Times, and in fuch Manner who 13 to account for and Form as are by this A£t prefcribed in that Behalf; and that fuch Cafhier or Ca{hiers to v/hom the fame. the faid Money (hall, from time to time, be i{rued, {hall from time to time, without Delay, apply and pay the fame accordingly, and render his or their Account thereof, according to the due Courfe of me Exchequer. Rate of three Pounds per Centum per Annwn, and all Perfons lawfully claiming under them, fliall be poflefled thereof as of a Perfonal Eflate, which fliall not be defcendible to PIcirs, nor liable to . any foreign Attachment by the Cuftom of London, or otherwife ; any Lav/, Statute or Cullom to the contrary notwith{landing.
