(3) THE BUDGETS OF THE LEAGUE.

First Budget (May 5, 1919, to June 30,1920).—The First Budget amounted to 297,029 £.

Second Budget (July 1, to Dec. 31, 1920).—This amounted to 10,000,000 gold francs (400,000 £.).

Third Budget (Calendar Year 1921).—This amounted to 20,650,000 gold francs (836,000 £.)
