Malone, however, in a letter, 7 Nov. 1794, to the Earl of Charlemont, calls him "an inaiguiflcant trifler," while Dyron, in his DeviVt Drive, speaking of that Potentate's Tisit to the House of Peers, writes : " He saw the Lord Liverpool, seemingly wise, The Lord Westmoreland, certainlT silly."
