He »i. firstly (setti. dat. 15 Not. 1676) Bethia, da. of George Payler of Xunuioncktou, co. York. He m. secoudly (settl. dat. IS June 1703) Ann, da. of Jolm (Stawel), 2nd Baron Stawkl of Somerton. She was bur. St Gilliug, co. York. He m. thirdly, Mary, da, of Sir William Hicks, 3rd Bart, by Marthagnes, da. of Sir Harry Coningsby. He d, s p.m. 19 July 1731 aged SO and was bur. at Gilling afsd. II. 1731, James (Darcy), Baron Darcy- of Navan [I.], grandson to and h. according to the spec. lim. iu the pateut of creation, being 1733. s. and h.' ap. of James Jessop of Bromehall, co.
