(with Prince Edward) 1306; was in the Expedition to Scotland, and was sum. to Pari, as a Baron (LORD ERDINGTON), by Writ 22 Jan. (1335/6), 9 Ed. III., but never afterwards^' 1 ) as neither were any of his posterity.(°) He m. Jane da. aud coheir of Sir Thomas Wolvey, of Wolvey, co. Warwick. He d. before 1315, leaving male issue. (°) ERESBY. Fermanagh, I. 1 768 on 'y s - an( * k. of David C.(J) of the same (Col. of Reg. of Foot and Major Gen. in the Army), by Catharine sister of Thomas, 1st Babon Southwell of Castle Mattress [I.], da. of Richard Southwell, was 6. about 1700 ; sue. his father 1 June 1728; M.P. for Lifford, 1727-68 ; and was cr. 15 July 1768, BARON ERNE OF CROM CASTLE, co. Fermanagh [I.], taking his seat 18 Dec. 1769. He m. firstly 1 July 1729, Elizabeth, 1st da. of the Rt. Hon. John Kogerson, Lord Ch. Justice of the Kings Bench [I.], 1727-41. She d. 6 Aug. 1760. He hi. secondly 7 Sep. 1762, Jane, widow of Arthur Acheson, da. of John King, of Charles- town, co. Roscommon, by his first wife Elizabeth, da. of Robert Shaw, of Newford, co. Galway. He d. 10 June 1772, aged about 72, and was bw: at Newtown Butler, co. Fermanagh. His second wife survived him. Roger de Someri, br. of the half blood to this Matilda, was heir to their father, aud ancestor of the Suttons, Lords Dudley.
