She, who was b. 1 Nov. 1743, d. 1 April 1790, and was bur. at Coxwold afsd. He m. secondly, 5 Jan. 1791, Jane, da. of John Cheshyhe, of Rennington, co. Chester. He d. of apoplexy s.p.m. 23 March 1S02, aged 58, when the Earldom of Pauconbcrg of A'cirborovgh became cxtinct.{°) Will pr. 1S02. His widow d. 4 April 1S20. Will pr. May 1820.
