ARTICLE XX.
The Inhabitants of the iſland may ſend their children to England to receive their education, to return hither, and to be ſupplied with neceſſaries during their ſtay in England.

That the Court of Chancery ſhall be held by the Members of the Council, in the ſame form it is at preſent; and that appeals from the ſaid Court ſhall be made of courſe in England, in the ſame manner as heretofore.
