Of the funds made available under this heading in Public
Law 103-283, $1,650,000 are rescinded.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION
SEC. 701. Section 319 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations
Act, 1990 (40 U.S.C. 162-1) is amended—
(1) by striking out "Office" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "office";
(2) in the second sentence of subsection (a)(2), by striking
out "Commission" and inserting in lieu thereof "commission";
and
(3) in subparagraph (D) of paragraph (2) of subsection
(a), by striking out "Administration" and all that follows
through the end of the subparagraph, and inserting in lieu
thereof "Oversight of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate, the Committee
on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, and the
Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.".
