(9) AUNT LYDIA’S COVE, MASSACHUSETTS.— (A) IN GENERAL.—The portion of the project for navigation, Aunt Lydia’s Cove, Massachusetts, constructed under section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (33 U.S.C. 577), consisting of the 8-foot deep anchorage in the cove described in subparagraph (B).
