(a) PI L OT PRO J E C T.—Section 404(e)(2) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7624(e)(2)) is amended by striking ‘‘2007’’ and inserting ‘‘2012’’. FUSARIUM GRAMINEARUM GRANTS. Section 408 of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Edu- cation Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7628) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), in the subsection heading, by striking ‘‘ G RANT’’ and inserting ‘‘GRANTS’’
