Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5 121 et se q .) as a result of recent natural disasters, $100,000,000, to remain available until expended. CHAPTER 3—CORPS OF ENGINEERS DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE—CIVIL DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CORPS O F ENGINEERS—CIVIL CONSTRUCTION For an additional amount for ‘‘Construction’’, for necessary expenses to address emergency situations at Corps of Engineers projects and rehabilitate and repair damages to Corps projects caused by recent natural disasters, $61,700,000, to remain available until expended. For an additional amount for ‘‘Construction’’, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricane K atrina and other hurricanes of the 2005 season, $2,835,000,000, to become available on October 1, 2008, and to remain available until
