SEC.325 . R E P E ALOF CER TI FICATIO N RE QU IRE M ENT W IT H RESPECT TO APPLICATIONS FOR APPRO V AL OF SELF - EMPLO Y MENT ON- J O B TRAININ G . Section 3 67 7(b) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ‘‘(3) T he requirement for certification under paragraph (1) shall not apply to training described in section 3452(e)(2) of this title.’’. SEC. 32 6 . COOR D INATION OF APPROVAL ACTIVITIES IN THE ADMINIS- TRATION OF EDUCATION BENEFITS. (a) C O O RDINAT ION. — (1) I N GE NERA L .—Section 3673 is amended— (A) by redesignating subsection (b) as subsection (c); and (B) by inserting after subsection (a) the following new subsection (b): ‘‘(b) COORDINATION O F A C TI V ITIE S .—The Secretary shall take appropriate actions to ensure the coordination of approval activities performed by State approving agencies under this chapter and chapters 34 and 35 of this title and approval activities performed by the Department of L abor, the Department of Education, and other entities in order to reduce overlap and improve efficiency in the performance of such activities.’’. (2) CONFOR M ING AND CLERICAL AMENDMENTS.—(A) The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: ‘ ‘ §367 3 .Ap p roval a cti viti es: cooperatio n an d coordination o f activities ’ ’. (B) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 36 is amended by striking the item relating to section 3673 and inserting the following new item: ‘ ‘ 367 3 .Ap p roval a cti viti es: cooperatio n an d coordination o f activities. ’ ’. (3) ST Y LISTIC AMENDMENTS.—Such section is further amended— (A) in subsection (a), by inserting ‘‘COO P ERATION IN ACTIVITIES.—’’ after ‘‘(a)’’; and 38USC 3 67 7 .
