(a) I N G ENERAL.— S ection 2 3 06 (b)( 4 )( B ) is amended by stri k ing ‘ ‘an unremarried surviving spouse whose subse q uent remarriage was terminated by death or divorce’’ and inserting ‘‘a surviving spouse who had a subsequent remarriage’’.
