(2) the Ca p itol B uildings defined under section 5101 of title 40, United States Code, including the Capitol V isitor Center; and ( 3 ) the L ibrar y of Congress buildings and grounds described under section 11 of the A ct entitled ‘‘An Act relating to the policing of the buildings and grounds of the Library of Con - gress’’, approved August 4, 1 9 50 (2 U.S.C. 1 67j ). (b) TR E A T M ENT OF COIN S .—In the case of any coins in any fountains on covered grounds— (1) such coins shall be treated as gifts to the United States; and (2) the Architect of the Capitol shall— (A) collect such coins at such times and in such manner as the Architect determines appropriate; and (B) e x cept as provided under subsection (c), deposit the collected coins in accordance w ith subsection (d). (c) COST R EIM BU RSEMENT.—Any amount collected under this section shall first be used to reimburse the Architect of the Capitol for any costs incurred in the collection and processing of the coins. The amount of any such reimbursement is appropriated to the account from which such costs were paid and may be used for any authori z ed purpose of that account. (d) DE P OSIT OF COINS.—The Architect of the Capitol shall deposit coins collected under this section in the M iscellaneous Receipts Account of the Capitol Visitor Center Revolving F und established under section 301. (e) AUT H ORI Z E D USE AND A V AI L ABILIT Y .—Amounts deposited in the Miscellaneous Receipts Account of the Capitol Visitor Center Revolving Fund under this section shall be available as provided under section 303(b). SEC. 505. F L E X I B LE W OR K SC H ED U LE P ILOT PROGRA M . (a) IN G ENERAL.—Section 1302 of the Legislative Branch Appro- priations Act, 200 8 (2 U.S.C. 1831 note; 121 Stat. 2242) is amended in the third sentence by stri k ing ‘‘September 30, 2008’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2010’’. (b) E FFE C TIVE DATE.—The amendment made under subsection (a) shall take effect as though enacted as part of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2008 ( P ublic Law 110 – 161; 121 Stat. 2218 et se q .). 2USC183 1 note. 2USC22 7 3.
