(2) In section 7325(b)(2), by striking ‘‘section 2811(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh –11(b))’’ and inserting ‘‘section 2812 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh–11)’’. (o) CHAPTER 79.—Section 7903(a) is amended by striking ‘‘para- graph (2)’’ and inserting ‘‘paragraph (3)’’. (p) CHAPTER 81.—Chapter 81 is amended as follows: (1) In section 8111A(a)(2)(B)(ii)— (A) by striking ‘‘section 2811(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh –11(b))’’ and inserting ‘‘section 2812 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300hh)’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘paragraph (3)(A) of’’. (2) In section 8117(e)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 300hh– 11(b))’’ and inserting ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 300hh–11)’’; and (B) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 247d– 6(a))’’ and inserting ‘‘(42 U.S.C. 247d–6)’’. SEC. 1002. STATUTORY PAY-AS-YOU -GO ACT COMPLIANCE. The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go-Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled ‘‘Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation’’ for this Act, submitted for printing in the 38 USC 7301. 38 USC 3733.
