And when such change shall have been determined upon as aforesaid, notice thereof and of such change shall be published in two weekly papers in the county of Berks and said State not less than four weeks. K°Y‘ changed from the borough of Kutztown to the city of Reading, in aciflg 01; mx] cordanee with the first section of this act, its name shall be changed to ` the Keystone National Bank of Beading, if the Board of Directors of said bank shall accept the new name by resolution of the board, and cause a copy of such resolution, duly authenticated, to be tiled with the Comptroller of the Currency. . Sec. 4. That all debts, demands, liabilities, rights, privileges, and powers of the National Bank of Kutztown shall devolve upon the Key- stone National Bank of Beading, whenever such change of name is eifected. . CHAP. 246.-An act to amend section two of an act entitled “An act to provide for -——————— the sale of the lands of the Miami Indians in Kansas," approved May fifteenth, eighteen hundred and eighiw-two. _ Be it enacted by the Senateand Ho••aeof Representativee of the United d{°* £*d§h° W9 States of America in Ooagrese assembled, That section two of an act hd,';}, K nl"' entitled “An act to provide for the sale of the lands of the Miami Indians momd in Kansas," approved May fifteenth eighteen hundred and eighty-two, be, and the same hereby is amended so as to read as follows, viz: "S1·:c. 2.—That all lands not purchased by said settlers at the expiration of one year irom the date of this act, together with all the unoccupied and unallotted lands of the Miami Indians, shall be offered at public sale in the usual manner, under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior, at not less than the appraised value, notice of said sale to be given by public advertisement of not less that sixty days in three news- - papers having general circulation in the State of Kansas; and any tract or tracts not then sold, together with such as may be hereafter purchased by said settlers but wherein default may be made in the payment oi any portion of the purchase money, or the interest thereon, as herein provided, shall be thereafter subject to private entry at the appraised value of the same!
