Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary Milton Wauen. of Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on P°“‘*°" the pension roll subject to the ppovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Milton allen of Clinton County, Kentucky, who was a member·of Captain Brooks’s company of Kentucky State troops, and grant him a pension at the rate given other soldiers similarly disabled Approved, January 17, 1889.
