Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ,{*g;,§“” "’“Y· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Ann Tracy, as daughter of David Tracy, late lieutenant in the Thirty-seventh Regiment United States Volunteers in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and allow her a pension rated at twelve dollars per month. Treasurybe, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay the National New Haven Bank of the State of Connecticut the sum of three thousand . five hundred and nineteen dollars and fifteen cents out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, being the amount found to be due to John W. Gritliths as appears irom a report, dated February twenty- seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, made by a board of constructors, appointed by the Bureau of Construction and Repairs of the Navy Department, which report is on tile in said Bureau. ‘ Approved, May 15, 1896. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {ruse W¤1¤;0_L States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °"'”°" "`°" Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis Walsh, late a member of Company B, Third Regiment, Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which he is now receiving. Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United §Q;;,';_‘::tLé0‘;_iQ5';§;_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the claim of the widow of the late Thomas L. Young, who served as an enlisted man and officer of the regular army of the United States and afterwards as captain of Benton Cadets, Missouri Volunteers and as major, lieutenant—colonel and colonel of the One hundred and eighteenth Ohio Volunteer Infantry in the war of the rebellion, for the sum not exceeding four hundred and seventy-eight dollars as a balance or balances of wages earned by him as said officer in the suppression of said rebellion and not heretofore paid to him or to his legal representatives, be, and the same is hereby, allowed and a sum sufficient to pay the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated.
