Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United I States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ISgfj;'{0f,°"’“”· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` PBHSIOD roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Jordan, widow of Benjamin Jordan, late of Company H, First Regiment New Hampshire Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1899. CHAP. 102.-An Act Granting a pension to Eli M. Couch. February 4, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the 1§L;£63>;:l¤· B Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eli M. Couch, late of Company A, Brackett’s battalion, Minnesota Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lien of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1899. CHAP. 103.-An Act Granting a pension to Adda F. Thompson. February 4, 1899. Thompson, widow of David G. Thompson, late of Company F, One hundred and seventy-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. CHAP. 104.-An Act Granting a pension to Ella Hayne Agnew. g February 4.1893;- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ;_};¤¤ {Myne A¤¤¤w· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the “‘ °"‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ella Hayne Agnew, widow of Enoch Agnew, who served with the Palmetto Regiment of South Carolina in the Mexican war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 4. 1899. CHAP. 105.-An Act Granting a pension to Ellen \Vright. February 4, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the glsggughr- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ‘ pension roll the name oi Ellen Wright, late an army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
