GENERAL EXPENSES, WEATHER BUREAU: General expenses of the G°““°*°XP°“°°“· Weather Bureau, under the direction of the Secretary of Agriculture, for the benefit of agriculture, commerce, navigation, and other interests, as provided by law, namely: ` Salary of one inspector, notto exceed two thousand dollars.
