The (present Convention shall be considered as an inte ral part of p,§`c*;’,j{*g’ *'°°”Y °P· the said Extradition Convention of July 12, 1889, and the hrst Article vol.2é, 9.1508- of the last mentioned Convention shall be read as if the list of crimes therein contained had originally comprised th additional crimes s ,c- ified and numbered 11 to 13 in the first Article of the present Chinvention. The resent Convention shall be ratified and the ratiiications shall R**“°°·°*°¤- be exclihnged either at Washinslgton or London as soon as possible. It shall come into force ten ys after its publication in conformity T¤¤¤- with the Laws of the High Contracting Parties and it shall continue and terminate in the same manner as the said Convention of July 12, 1889.
