laws, the name of Hugh Mooney, late first lieutenant Company I, One hundred and fifty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars and fifty cents per month, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former allege overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Hall, late of Company A, Forty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma C. Dougal, widow of Charles H. Dougal, late medical cadet, United States Army, and captain Company E, Twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Emergency Militia Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Bennett, helpless and dependent son of Lewis Bennett, late of Company B, One hundred and fifty-fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
