Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rq>resentative8 of the United [ 1 States of Anterfecz in Ouzigress assembled, That the following-described f',§,$‘,¥;§§°“·,€s€w0,, lands, to wit: The southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of sec- lends in. restored w tion two, township one hundred and thirty-four north of range twenty- p°bh° d°mm` nine west, fifth principal meridian, and the east half of the northeast quarter and lots one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and nine of section ten, township one hundred and thirty-four north of range twenty-nine west, fifth principal meridian, being situate in the State of Minnesota, are hereby restored to the public domain, subject to homestead entry; and all rights of priority of entry and settlement *"'*°’°“"*°°· are hereby reserved, to be eitermined as to respective claims by the ` proper officials of the land office of the district in which said lands are situate, subject to appeal and review as provided by law for the entry _ of lands for homesteads: Provided, however, That said homestead {QQ;';, ,,8,,,,, ,__ entries shall be made sub'ect to, and the restoration of these lands to served. the public domain is made subject to, the right of the United States to construct and maintain dams for the purpose of creating reservoirs in the aid of navigation; and no claim shal accrue by reason of the overflow of said lands on account of the construction and maintenance of such dams and reservoirs.
