General expenses, maintenance, and care of buildings : For an additional amount for general expenses in connection with the maintenance of public buildings, including the same objects speci- fied under this head in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act for the fiscal year 1931, and including the operation, care, and maintenance of the Arlington Memorial Bridge, $180,464 .
