La presente Convention ne derogs pas aux stipulations des accords bilateraux, en vigueur a la date de ce jour entre les Hautes Parties contractantes, qui etablissent, en matia-e de prohi- bitions ou de restrictions a l'im- portation ou a I'exportation, un regime plus liberal que celui qui e&t etabli par les dispositions de Ia presente Convention.
