Resolved by the Senate and House o Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $120,000 is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1932, for the Employment Service, Department of Labor, including the same objects and purposes specified under this head in the Act making appropriations for the Department of Labor for the fiscal year 1932 : Provided, That no part of this appropriation shall be expended for the establishment or maintenance of any employment office for which suitable space is not furnished free of rent by State, county, or local authority, or by individuals or organizations : Provided further, That no salary shall be paid under this appropriation at a rate in excess of $2,000 per annum . JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize the postponement of amounts payable to the United States from foreign governments during the fiscal year 1932, and their repayment over a ten-year period beginning July 1, 1933 .
